Alarm thermometers and PDF loggers
DeltaTrak min/max thermometers show the temperature of a refrigerator, freezer or ULT freezer on a large display and give an alarm when a limit is exceeded. FlashLink loggers also record the measurements and create a PDF report.
Products
DeltaTrak is a Californian manufacturer founded in 1989 that makes devices for cold chain and temperature monitoring. Its range includes data loggers, wireless systems and digital and infrared thermometers, and the company has an ISO 17025 accredited calibration laboratory.
The min/max thermometers are suited to continuous monitoring of refrigerators, freezers and refrigerated display cabinets, and FlashCheck ULT measures down to −82 °C. They do not store a measurement history but show the current temperature and the lowest and highest readings. If you need a report, the FlashLink PDF loggers record measurements and create PDF and CSV reports via the USB port. Model 40527 is WHO PQS prequalified. We supply DeltaTrak min/max thermometers and FlashLink loggers in Finland. If you are interested, request a quote.

Thermometer or logger
A thermometer displays.
A min/max thermometer shows the current, lowest and highest temperature and gives an immediate alarm. It does not store a measurement history.
A logger documents.
A logger records every measurement and creates a report that can be added to quality documentation. DeltaTrak FlashLink PDF loggers and LogTag and ELPRO loggers are suited to this.
A glycol bottle steadies the reading.
The FlashCheck 12238 probe sits in a glycol bottle and follows the product temperature, so opening the doors does not cause false alarms.
We install, train and service.
The same specialist handles commissioning and is still there for service years later.

Does the thermometer record measurements?
No. DeltaTrak min/max thermometers show the current temperature and the lowest and highest readings, but do not store a measurement history. If you need a record, use the FlashLink PDF loggers 40527, 40570 and 40571, which create PDF and CSV reports via the USB port.
Which thermometer for a ULT freezer?
FlashCheck ULT measures −82…+45 °C. Model 12239 has a thin probe on a 1-metre cable and model 12240 an aluminium probe on a 3-metre cable.
Is a calibration certificate available for the thermometer?
FlashCheck 12238 and FlashCheck ULT are supplied with the manufacturer's certificate of conformity, and the -02 versions have a two-year ISO 17025 calibration certificate (A2LA). A one-year NIST calibration certificate is also available.
What battery does the thermometer use?
FlashCheck thermometers use one AA battery, and the settings are retained during a battery change. Models 12207 and 12215 use a CR2032 coin cell, and the alarm settings must be re-entered after a battery change.
