Accessibility statement

The website has been designed and built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. The website partially meets the requirements: our own pages meet them, but some third-party content does not.

• Manufacturers' documents. The instructions for use, brochures and other PDF files on product pages are produced by the manufacturers, and not all of them are accessible (for example, they lack a heading structure or text alternatives for images). On request, we provide the information in another format.
• The Google Maps map on the Contact page is a Google embed whose accessibility we cannot influence. The address, opening hours and contact details are given as text on the same page, and the map can be opened in Google Maps.
• Manufacturers' websites. Links to manufacturers' own websites lead to sites whose accessibility is the manufacturer's responsibility.

• The pages can be used with a keyboard, and the focus is always visible. Each page begins with a link that skips straight to the content.
• The contrast between text and background is at least 4.5:1. Information is never conveyed by colour alone.
• The pages work on screens from phones to wide displays without horizontal scrolling, and text can be enlarged.
• Images have text alternatives. Drawings, such as floor plans and scales, have a text description.
• Form fields have visible labels, and errors are described in text.
• Animations are reduced if the device is set to reduce motion.

We carried out a self-assessment on 21 October 2026. All pages were checked with the automated axe tool against the WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria, and on screens 375 and 1440 pixels wide. We also checked keyboard use, links and images. The issues found were fixed before publication.
