Frequently asked questions
If you cannot find an answer, call +358 10 841 1600 or email asiakaspalvelu@diagnostica.fi.
Is a calibrator included in the reagent kit?
Some kits include one and some do not. This is stated in the specifications of each product, and suitable calibrators and controls are listed with catalogue numbers under accessories on the product page.
What is the difference between a manual kit and an AUT kit?
AUT kits are designed for automated determination. Lactate, pyruvate and oxalate are available in both versions, and each version takes different controls.
Are the products approved under the IVDR?
Instruchemie products are still CE marked under the IVD Directive 98/79/EC. The manufacturer will move to IVDR marking within the transition period, by 31 December 2029 at the latest.
How much do the reagents cost?
We provide prices in our quote. Tell us which assays you need and your test volumes, and we will put together a quote.
