Wireless temperature monitoring
AiroSensor sensors measure temperature and humidity in real time. Measurements travel via the AccessPoint receiver to a cloud service that raises an alarm on deviations.

Products
SenseAnywhere makes wireless temperature sensors and data loggers for spaces where the temperature must stay precisely within limits: laboratories, healthcare, medicine storage, food storage and the cold chain. The same sensors handle both continuous temperature monitoring and temperature mapping.
The sensor battery lasts ten years, and measurements can be viewed in the cloud service from anywhere. According to the manufacturer, the system meets GDP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. We supply SenseAnywhere sensors, AccessPoints and accessories. If you are interested, request a quote.
According to the manufacturer, over its ten-year service life AiroSensor produces 30 times less electronic and chemical waste than other data loggers, because neither the battery nor the sensor needs replacing during that time.
AiroSensor
Wireless sensor for real-time temperature monitoring, available in three models. The T and X models measure −40 … +70 °C with ±0.1 °C accuracy (0 … +70 °C), and the battery lasts 10 years.
AccessPoint
Plug-and-play receiver that connects AiroSensors to the SenseAnywhere cloud service. No limit on the number of sensors.
AiroSensor with external module
For your own 4-wire Pt100 probes and analogue industrial sensors (4–20 mA or 0–10 V). With Pt100 probes −200 … +250 °C.
Accessories
AssetTag, SwitchHolder, Extension Cable, Magnetic Holder, Weather Instrument Shelter, and Protective Cap and Lock Clip.
From sensor to cloud service
AiroSensor measures
Temperature and, depending on the model, humidity. The sensor transmits up to 600 metres with line of sight and keeps recording when out of range.
AccessPoint forwards
The plug-and-play receiver connects the sensors to the SenseAnywhere cloud service.
All measured values in one system.
The cloud service alerts
When a limit is exceeded, the alarm comes by email, text message or phone call.
Temperature mapping
Mapping locates the hot and cold spots in a cold room, warehouse or refrigerator.
Place the loggers
The pre-calibrated wireless AiroSensors start measuring immediately. No cables, settings or buttons are needed.
Real-time monitoring
Measurements are visible in the portal throughout the mapping, so deviations are noticed straight away rather than afterwards.
One-click report
The report shows hot, cold and stable spots, MKT, a pass/fail assessment against the set limits, an analysis per logger, raw data and calibration certificates. The authenticity of the report can be checked in the SenseAnywhere online service.
Calibration
Accredited laboratory.
The accreditation was granted by RvA, the Dutch accreditation body. The calibration certificates are recognised internationally through the EA and ILAC agreements.
Calibrated at the factory.
Every AiroSensor and Airo X module is calibrated as the last step of manufacturing. An accredited certificate for the initial calibration can also be ordered afterwards.
Certificate of your choice.
A NIST-traceable or accredited calibration certificate is available for the loggers. According to the manufacturer, sensor drift is less than 0.01 °C per year.
Transport
Routes.
With an AccessPoint at the start and end of the route, the sensor reports on arrival whether the limits were exceeded during the journey. A mobile AccessPoint in the vehicle forwards measurements in real time.
SwitchHolder.
Without AccessPoints, the transport alarm starts when the AiroSensor is slid to the on position in its holder and stops when it is slid to off.
QR code.
In a closed box, alarms are switched on and off by scanning a QR code on the outside of the box. The sensor replaces a USB logger, and there is no need to download data by hand.
Data security
Data in Europe.
Measurements are stored encrypted in real time in Microsoft Azure and backed up every five minutes. The primary and secondary copies are on different servers in Europe, and database availability is 99.99%.
Storage for up to 15 years.
Subscriptions are available for 5, 10 or 15 years. A subscription includes a full audit trail, five alarm profiles per sensor, a read-only copy of the database and an Events Webhook (Push API) for your own systems.
Certified manufacturer.
SenseAnywhere is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified. The software is developed according to GAMP 5 principles, and the sensor data transfer and the portal have been penetration tested.
We install, train and service.
The same specialist handles commissioning and is still there for service years later.
Frequently asked questions
If you cannot find an answer, call +358 10 841 1600 or email asiakaspalvelu@diagnostica.fi.
How are measurements transferred to the cloud service?
AiroSensor sends measurements wirelessly to the AccessPoint receiver up to 600 metres away with line of sight. The AccessPoint connects the sensors to the SenseAnywhere cloud service. If the connection is lost, the sensor continues to store measurements.
What is temperature mapping and when is it done?
Mapping shows how the temperature is distributed in a space and locates hot and cold spots. It is carried out in new spaces or after changes, at regular intervals as required, during seasonal extremes and, for example, after a power cut or equipment failure.
How many sensors can be connected to one system?
There is no limit to the number of AiroSensors. There are different AccessPoint versions for different uses, and we will help you choose the right one.
Can I connect my own probe to AiroSensor?
Yes. With an external module, you can connect a 4-wire Pt100 probe or an industry-standard analogue sensor with a 4–20 mA or 0–10 V output to AiroSensor. The measuring range is then −200 … +200 °C.
Is AiroSensor suitable for transport?
Yes. The sensor stores measurements in its memory and sends them when an AccessPoint is within range. In a vehicle, a mobile AccessPoint forwards the data in real time. The transport alarm can be started with AccessPoints along the route, with the SwitchHolder or with a QR code.
Where is the measurement data stored?
In the SenseAnywhere cloud service on Microsoft Azure, on servers in Europe. The data is encrypted, backed up every five minutes, and can be kept for up to 15 years.
What does a SenseAnywhere system cost?
We provide the price in our quote. Tell us how many measuring points you need and where they are, and we will put together a quote for the whole system.
Is a calibration certificate available for the sensors?
Yes. The sensors are calibrated at the factory in the SenseAnywhere ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory, and a NIST-traceable or accredited calibration certificate is available for them.
How are the sensors recalibrated?
We take care of recalibration for you. Tell us the number of sensors and whether you need a NIST-traceable or accredited certificate, and we will agree on a schedule.
Where can I get user manuals and technical brochures?
We supply SenseAnywhere user manuals and technical brochures on request.
