How FlashCheck ULT works
FlashCheck ULT monitors vaccines and other products in ULT freezers and during storage and transport on dry ice. The external thermistor probe is detachable and has a gold-plated connector. The operating range of the thermometer itself is −10…+50 °C.
The models differ in their probe: 12239 has a 25 mm probe on a 1 metre PTFE cable, 12240 an aluminium probe (⌀24.4 × 32 mm) on a 3 metre PTFE cable.
The display shows the current temperature and the lowest and highest readings, and when the upper or lower limit is exceeded, the thermometer gives an alarm with a beep and a flashing red light. The settings are retained during a battery change. Both models are available in a -02 version with a two-year ISO 17025 calibration certificate.
