The control is based on bovine serum albumin and is reconstituted with 2 ml of deionised water. The package insert gives expected values for the Abbott Alinity, bioMérieux VIDAS 30, Ortho Vitros 5600, Roche cobas e602 and Siemens Atellica analysers.
