The control contains TSH, free and total T3, free and total T4, FSH, LH, hCG, oestradiol, progesterone, prolactin, testosterone, ferritin, folate, vitamin B12, cortisol and digoxin. The matrix is human and bovine serum albumin.
The package insert gives expected values for the Abbott Architect i1000, Beckman Access II, bioMérieux VIDAS, Roche cobas 6000/e601, Siemens Centaur XP, Siemens Dimension Vista 500 and Siemens Immulite 2000 analysers.
